Mark Stevenson
Mark brings over 30 years of experience in UK self-build housebuilding, with a strong focus on timber systems and low-energy design. As Chair of NaCSBA and an experienced project manager, he helps clients confidently navigate planning, design and construction to achieve high-quality bespoke homes.
Director
Mario Wolf
Mario is a chartered town planner and self-commissioned housing specialist with over 30 years of senior-level experience. He has helped shape UK housing and planning policy and played a central role in developing national legislation that supports self-build and custom housebuilding.
Technical Director
Justin Barker
Justin brings over 35 years of experience in timber frame, SIPS, volumetric construction and other modern methods of construction. With strong expertise in offsite manufacture, compliance regulations, fire testing and thermal performance, he plays a key role in strengthening our technical delivery.
Marketing Manager
Becca Stevenson
Becca is our Marketing and Customer Support Manager, overseeing our marketing, client communications and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. She is passionate about building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel informed, happy and supported throughout their self-build journey.
Project Manager
Oliver Stevenson
Oliver brings extensive hands-on construction experience to his role as Project Manager, with expertise in timber frame builds. With a practical, problem-solving approach, he manages on site operations, tackles challenges as they arise and ensures projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Trainee Project Coordinator
Emma Lewis
Emma brings hands-on experience in timber frame construction to her role as Trainee Project Coordinator. She supports the day-to-day coordination of our projects, working closely with clients, contractors and the wider team to keep builds organised, on programme and progressing to a high standard.
