Welcoming Emma to the Elsworth Projects Team

We’re delighted to welcome Emma to Elsworth Projects as our new Trainee Project Coordinator!

As our portfolio of self-build projects continues to grow, Emma has joined the team to support the day-to-day coordination and successful delivery of projects, working alongside our project managers, clients, contractors and suppliers.

Supporting our self-build projects

There are a lot of moving parts involved in delivering a self-build home, and good organisation and communication behind the scenes are just as important as the work happening on site.

In her role as Trainee Project Coordinator, Emma will be supporting the team with project planning, documentation, procurement, coordinating contractors and deliveries, keeping project information up to date and helping to make sure everything continues to move in the right direction.

It’s also a hands-on role, so Emma will regularly be out visiting our projects and supporting the team on site, giving her the opportunity to develop her knowledge and experience across the different stages of a self-build.

Getting stuck in from day one

Emma has already been getting involved across a number of our live projects, learning how we manage builds from the early stages of construction right through to completion and handover.

As a Trainee Project Coordinator, she’ll continue to build her experience across both the technical and practical sides of project delivery while becoming an important part of the support we provide to our clients throughout their self-build journey.

We’re really pleased to have Emma on board and look forward to seeing her develop within the role.
